How to Request an Account Information Change
To change your account information or submit a verification-related request, please send an email to verification@rajabets.com
Your email must include the following information and documents:
- A description of your issue, along with a photo of your government-issued ID (Passport, National ID, Driver’s License, etc.)
- Your username
- Your Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Registered Email Address, and Registered Phone Number
- The email address or account detail you would like to change
Important Notes
Our Risk Department will review your request and respond to your email once the verification process has been completed.

⚠️ Please provide all information you can remember. If the information provided is insufficient to verify account ownership, the Risk Department may be unable to process your request and may reject it.
